The ROC analysis revealed that TFPI2 was obviously superior to CA125 in discrimination of CCC patients from patients with other ovarian diseases (AUC = 0.891 versus 0.595), borderline ovarian tumors and non-CCC EOCs (AUC = 0.856 versus 0.639), and EMS, respectively (AUC = 0.920 versus 0.700; Fig 2A–2C and Table 4). This evidence concerns the gene TFPI2 and ovarian disorder.
