Furthermore, serum MACC1 levels were higher in patients with lymph node metastases compared to those without lymph node metastases (56.34 ± 15.53 pg/mL, 49.74 ± 15.60 pg/mL, respectively; P < 0.0001) (Figure 1E). Here, MACC1 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
