Another important finding in the present study was that the angiogenesis biomarkers (i.e., CD31+ and vWF+ cell, protein expression of eNOS, VEGF, CXCR4 and number of small vessels in BIZ) were significantly higher in AIS animals with xenogenic ADMSC/ADMSC-derived exosome treatment than in those without. This evidence concerns the gene PECAM1 and androgen insensitivity syndrome.
