Macroscopically, MCNs usually appear as solitary, multilocular or unilocular lesions with a mean size of 7 - 8 cm (range 0.5 - 35 cm) with a thick fibrotic wall and containing mucin, even when hemorrhagic, watery or necrotic content is observed [11].
