According to our results, the sensitivity and specificity of OPN for selective detection of the HCC group over the non-HCC group were comparable to those of Kim et al [14] who reported diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of OPN for HCC group over non-HCC group (CLD group and healthy control) to be 93.5% and 84.2%, respectively, at a cut-off level of 552.9 ng/mL.
