Notably, six alleles (DRB1*4, DRB1*11, DRB1*10, B54, B15, and B40) are significantly more frequent in patients (Fig 1), suggesting that they may be risky alleles for uremia and may increase the difficulty in allocation of kidney transplantation, thus these alleles should be paid more attention.
