The levels of p-NF-κB in shHmgb1 transfected A375 (Figure 7A) and SK-28 (Figure 7B) cells were significantly reduced compared to cells in the BC and NC control cells (p<0.001), suggesting that silencing of Hmgb1 gene expression reduced NF-κB phosphorylation. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and breast cancer.
