CDC6 mRNA expression was found to be highly upregulated in tumour tissue compared to normal tissue (Fig. 7a and Supplementary Fig. S7) especially in samples derived from cervical carcinoma (CESC), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), oesophageal carcinoma (ESCA), liver carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma (LUAD and LUSC), sarcoma (SARC) and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC). This evidence concerns the gene CDC6 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
