For example, upregulation of KIF2A is associated with the metastasis and poor prognosis of colorectal cancer [17], breast cancer [18], and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma [19]; however, until now, very few studies on the relationship between KIF2A and other malignant tumors have been reported and the expression of KIF2A and its prognostic role in GC have not yet been explored. This evidence concerns the gene KIF2A and colorectal cancer.
