To further confirm the role of miR-384 in the progression of CRC, we next restored the expression of KRAS and CDC42 in miR-384 over-expressed SW480 cells (Figure 5A-5C) by transfection of KRAS(G12V) and CDC42 ORF constructs without 3'UTRs, and observed their effects on invasion and migration.
