Unlike the anti-FIRs antibodies, these tumor markers were more frequently detected in advanced cancers (anti-p53 antibody: 13/36, 36.1%; CEA: 21/38, 55.3%; CA19-9: 20/38, 52.6%) than in early stage cancers (anti-p53 antibody: 8/48, 16.7%; CEA: 14/49, 28.6%; CA19-9: 11/49, 22.4%) (Figure 3A, 3B and Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and neoplasm.
