RHOA and gastric cancer: Despite several oncogenes and oncoproteins, such as human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, ras homolog gene family member A (RhoA), CD44v and E-cadherin, being associated with the proliferative and invasive ability of GC cells [5–9], only trastuzumab, which targets human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, is currently used clinically to treat advanced GC.
