In the case of lung cancer development, IL17 serum levels correlate to poor prognosis and serum VEGF levels.37 Moreover, IL17 promotes angiogenesis by stimulating VEGF production of NSCLC cells via the STAT3/GIV signaling pathway.38 The results of our study also revealed that bevacizumab combination with the anti-blastic doublet is correlated with a significant increase in activated (CD8+CD62L+) CTLs, long-term effector memory (CD8+CD27+) and central-memory (CD8+C45RA-CCR7+) CTLs. Here, CD27 is linked to lung cancer.
