After completing the first cycle of induction therapy, the treatment group KPS improvement rate was significantly higher than that of the control (AML: 55.7% versus 28.7%, p < 0.05; ALL: 59.5% versus 24.4%, p < 0.05), and KPS deterioration rate was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control (AML: 9.1% versus 28.7%, p < 0.05; ALL: 11.4% versus 38.5%, p < 0.05) (Table 4), indicating that CKI plus chemotherapy can improve patient QoL.
