EIF2AK2 and rheumatoid arthritis: The most significant canonical pathways for the genes altered by LPS include death receptor signaling, toll-like receptor signaling, IL-10 signaling, TNFR2 signaling, role of pattern recognition receptors in recognition of bacteria and viruses, role of PKR in interferon induction and antiviral response, IL-6 signaling, role of macrophages, fibroblasts and endothelial cells in rheumatoid arthritis, TREM1 signaling, and activation of IRF by cytosolic pattern recognition receptors (Fig. 2A) (see Supplementary Table S4).
