The most significant canonical pathways for the genes altered by LPS include death receptor signaling, toll-like receptor signaling, IL-10 signaling, TNFR2 signaling, role of pattern recognition receptors in recognition of bacteria and viruses, role of PKR in interferon induction and antiviral response, IL-6 signaling, role of macrophages, fibroblasts and endothelial cells in rheumatoid arthritis, TREM1 signaling, and activation of IRF by cytosolic pattern recognition receptors (Fig. 2A) (see Supplementary Table S4). This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF1B and rheumatoid arthritis.
