The model combining hepatic miR-122, hepatic miR-224, platelets count, ALT and albumin (defined as the CHC model) was the strongest one to discriminate patients with F3-F4 from those with F1-F2 with an AUC of 0.93 (95%, CI = 0.83–0.87). This evidence concerns the gene GPT and cryohydrocytosis.
