Immunohistochemical analysis of a panel of 62 endometrial carcinomas (19 highly differentiated stage I tumors, 24 moderately differentiated stage II tumors, 19 poorly differentiated stage III tumors) and 10 endometrial hyperplasias revealed a significant association between MYO1C protein level and tumor grade (P = 0.035, linear-by-linear association in the SPSS chi-square test). Here, MYO1C is linked to endometrial carcinoma.
