Treatment-related adverse events reported in ≥30% of patients were stomatitis (75%), thrombocytopenia (65%), hypertriglyceridemia (50%), increased ALT (50%), fatigue (45%), hypercholesterolemia (45%), anemia (40%), increased aspartate aminotransferase (AST) (40%), leukopenia (35%), nausea (30%), and neutropenia (30%).
