NFE2L2 and neoplasm: These data indicated that NRF2 silencing in both ER-negative and ER-positive breast cancer cells could inhibit RhoA/ROCK pathway signal transduction, while NRF2 deficiency in ER-negative cells could impact formation of both stress fibers and focal adhesions, which implies that NRF2 deficiency could contribute more to inhibition of tumor metastasis potential through more inhibition of the RhoA/ROCK pathway.
