In this study, we report that K14-Angptl6 Tg mice develop psoriasis-like epidermal proliferation consisting of prematurely differentiated keratinocytes, which contributes to epidermal barrier dysfunction, and also exhibit psoriasis-like skin tissue inflammation marked by infiltration of neutrophils and vascular endothelial cells into the dermal layer. Here, KRT14 is linked to psoriasis.
