TNF and neuroblastoma: 37 reported BCPO‐induced inhibition of the constitutive and inducible NF‐κB activities in cancer cells. Moreover, they found that BCPO increased the TNFα‐caused apoptosis by inhibiting the NF‐κB activation. In addition, treatment with BCPO led to lowering the levels of cyclin D1, COX‐2, and c‐Myc, which expression was upregulated by TNFα. Sain et al. 46 evaluated an influence of BCP and BCPO fractions from Aegle marmelos extract on IMR‐32 human neuroblastoma and Jurkat cell lines.
