miR-196b targets tumor-suppressor genes such as Fas24, and overexpression of miR-196b is associated with aggressive leukemia in mice and a poor prognosis in AML.miR-92a promotes cell proliferation in acute promyelocytic leukemia and induces erythroleukemia through p53 down-regulation25.
