There was significant heterogeneity (P < 0.00001, I2 = 88%), and a random-effects model showed that the CD147 positive expression rate in prostate cancer tissues with lymph node metastases was higher than that in normal prostate tissues (OR = 4.31, 95% CI 1.11–16.71, P = 0.03). This evidence concerns the gene BSG and prostate carcinoma.
