Correlations of all 7 cervical carcinoma genes were statistically significant after Bonferroni correction but because of the small sample size, only 22 of the lung squamous cell carcinoma genes were significant after correcting for multiple testing (NTHL1, ALKBH2, ALKBH3, PMS1, GTF2H3, GTF2H4, MNAT1, RAD51B-CTLA4, XRCC3, RAD54B, SHFM1, EME1, FANCC, BRCA2, FANCE, FAAP20, PRKDC, REV3L, SPRTN, RNF8, SETMAR, CHEK1-CD274, TP53BP1). This evidence concerns the gene CHEK1 and cervical carcinoma.
