In this study, the effects of re-expression of E-cadherin on mRNA and protein level were markedly higher in HCV29 compared with control nonsilencing RNA, and the re-expression of E-cadherin on protein level was slightly visible upon silencing of ILK in T24 bladder cancer cells (Figs. 3 and 4). This evidence concerns the gene CDH1 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
