But we found possible association SNPs rs12969241 (P = 1.1 × 10−5) located in the intron region of protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 2 (PTPN2), rs2842997 (P = 5.1 × 10−3) in the vicinity of SOD2, and rs12543818 (P = 1.9 × 10−3) near NAT2 for genes related to autoimmune diseases, oxidative stress and pharmacokinetics, respectively (Additional file 1: Table S4). The gene discussed is NAT2; the disease is autoimmune disease.
