BCL2 and acute myeloid leukemia: Further sub-analysis of ROShighest and ROSlowest cells within the blast population of each patient showed that, although aberrant BCL2 overexpression has been reported as an adaptation of LSC-enriched ROSlowest AML cells [2], ROShighest cells were also BCL2high for some CD34+ AMLs (8/24) and CD34− AMLs (7/9).
