TP53 and leukemia: The dynamics of gene regulatory networks (GRNs) have been studied using different modeling frameworks, with the goal of building computational models of GRNs to get new insights into important cellular processes, e.g., the cell cycle, [1, 2], oscillations in the p53-mdm2 system, [3–5], the phage-lambda system, [6–8], or the T cell large granular lymphocyte (T-LGL) leukemia network, [9, 10].
