Our results showed that FRMD6 knockdown in U251 and LN229 cells significantly promotes subcutaneous GBM growth (Figure 4B) and intracranial GBM progression and reduces survival lengths of these mice carrying the intracranial tumors derived from U251/LN229shRNA-FRMD6#3or#4 cells comparing to the mice carrying intracranial tumors derived from U251/LN229-NTshRNA cells (Figure 4C, Supplementary Figure S6). Here, FRMD6 is linked to glioblastoma.
