The results revealed that serum levels of S100A9 and ANXA3 in CRC patients were significantly higher than healthy controls (S100A9, 115.68±67.76 vs 74.84±42.11ng/mL, p<0.0001, Figure 7A; ANXA3, 0.71±0.41 vs 0.36±0.35ng/mL, p<0.0001, Figure 7B). This evidence concerns the gene ANXA3 and colorectal carcinoma.
