Combining the data obtained by suppressing Jag2 in both retinoblastoma lines, we observed that the most upregulated pathway was the chemokine signaling (p = 1.80 × 10−2), with CXCR4 and CXCR7 (=ACKR3) chemokine receptors as the most upregulated genes in both lines upon suppression of Jag2, as summarized in Table 1. This evidence concerns the gene JAG2 and retinoblastoma.
