THY1 and hematologic disorder: Campioni et al. in 2006 reported that the cultured BM-MSCs of patients with hematological malignancies express CD90 and CD105 in lower frequencies compared to the normal BM-MSCs [19] and in another study they proposed that the low CD90 expression on BM-MSCs might be related to the deficiency in immunomodulatory properties of MSCs on T cell proliferation [20].
