SFRP2 and colorectal carcinoma: The results from 10 studies of 551 CRC and 390 healthy subjects and 8 studies of 472 CRC and 409 benign mucosal lesions patients showed that SFRP2 methylation in feces from patients with CRC had a higher OR than in the feces of healthy subjects and patients with benign mucosal lesions (OR = 30.78, P < 0.001 and OR = 4.06, P < 0.001, respectively) (Figs 5 and 6).
