Similar to the results in tissues, circulating ZFAS1 level was highly correlated with TNM stage (Fig. 2B), lymph node metastasis (Fig. 2C) and distant metastasis (Fig. 2D), while there was no correlation with other clinicopathologic factors, such as age, gender, cancer differentiation, or CEA and CA199 levels (summarized in Table 2), indicating ZFAS1 might serve as a potential diagnostic maker for GC.
