ABL1 and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma: All 19 mice that received Abelson murine leukemia virus (Ab-MLV) infected cells succumbed 4–10 weeks later due to myelomonocytic leukemia and pre-B-cell lymphoma, while 11 out of 12 mice that received BCR-ABL transduced cells died 9–12 weeks after reconstitution due to myelomonocytic leukemia, granulocytic leukemia, and pre-B-cell lymphoma [36].
