To answer this question, we performed CETSA using 7 ALK-expressing cell lines, including 2 ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALK+ALCL) cell lines (Karpas 299 and SupM2), 4 neuroblastoma cell lines (NB1, IMR32, GOTO and SK-N-SH) and one non-small cell lung cancer cell line (H2228), and correlated these results with the Crizotinib sensitivity (i.e. inhibitory concentration at 50%, IC50). This evidence concerns the gene ALK and neuroblastoma.
