RASSF8 and cervical carcinoma: As illustrated in Fig 4, both IHC staining and qRT-PCR showed a visible fall of RASSF8 expression levels in cervical cancer tissues with average value of 0.77 and 0.65 compared with that in the normal tissue as 1.0, respectively (P = 0.0018, Fig 4A and 4B; P = 0.0218, Fig 4C).
