Further analyses of associations between SP110 and PMP22 haplotypes and TB risk showed that haplotype “GC” in Block 1 was protective against TB (p<0.001, OR: 0.36, 95%CI: 0.24–0.54), which remained significant after Bonferroni correction (p<0.00178) (Table 6). Here, SP110 is linked to tuberculosis.
