KLK3 and metastatic neoplasm: Around 54% of prostate cancer patients were treated in public institutions, including older men (69 years x 67 years, p<0.001), more African-americans (18.3 vs. 7%, p<0.001), with more advanced disease, higher medium PSA value (10.0 vs. 6.8, p<0.001) and higher incidence of metastatic disease (10.4% vs. 4.3%, p<0.001).
