We found that cZNF292 silencing decreased the transcriptional activity of E2F1, NF-κB, Sp1, HIF-1, AP-1, STAT3, and STAT5 in the U87MG and U251 cell lines (Figure 4), suggesting that cZNF292 silencing represses tumor tube formation through altering transcription factor activity.
