Subsequently, preeclampsia plasma mediators significantly increased enodthelial TLR-9 gene expression (1.43 ± 0.17 fold, n = 8, P < 0.01) and pro-inflammatory TNF-α gene expression (2.65 ± 0.17 fold, n = 8, P < 0.01) in HUVEC respectively, compared to uncomplicated pregnancy. This evidence concerns the gene TLR9 and preeclampsia.
