We evaluated the clinical significance of the two most common CEBPA gene polymorphisms identified herein, c.690G>T, p.(Thr230Thr) and c.584_589dupACCCGC, p.(His195_Pro196dup), in ovarian cancer patients treated with platinum/cyclophosphamide (PC) or taxane/platinum (TP) compounds. This evidence concerns the gene CEBPA and ovarian cancer.
