The fifth set of differentially expressed proteins consisted of apoF, apoH,haptoglobin, angiogenin, antigen CD14, and fibrinogen α,β, and γ. The accumulation of theseproteins was increased in both CKD and CVD patients compared with HVs, but thesedifferences were more significant in CKD patients (Table1). The gene discussed is CD14; the disease is chronic kidney disease.
