CD69 and T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia: Of notable interest, it was recently demonstrated in a mouse model of MYC-induced T cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, that MYC could regulate the expression of two immune checkpoint inhibitors, CD47 and PD-L1, on the tumour cell surface and thereby suppress CD4+ T cell, CD69+ activated T cell and F4/80+ macrophage recruitment [39].
