AKT1 and cancer: As illustrated in Figure 6(b), the top ten deregulated pathways sensitive to high concentration of H2O2 were pathways in cancer, MAPK signaling pathway, axon guidance, endocytosis, focal adhesion, HTLV-I infection, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, proteoglycans in cancer, Wnt signaling pathway, and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.
