The present study has compared the detection rate of chronic endometritis by HE and CD138 immunohistochemical staining and investigated the difference in sensitivity between CD138 immunohistochemical staining and conventional HE staining in the diagnosis of chronic endometritis, while further analyzing the relevant influential factors for the pathogenesis of chronic endometritis to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
