In order to further determine the prognostic significance of lncRNA ZEB1-AS1 in glioma, we examined the relationship of ZEB1-AS1 levels with overall survivor (OS) rates through Kaplan-Meier analysis and log-rank test in 82 glioma cases, discovering that high ZEB1-AS1 expression might predict a poor overall survival (Figure 1C, Hazard Ratio (HR) = 2.055, 95%Confidence Interval (CI): 1.384–4.462, p = 0.0031). This evidence concerns the gene ZEB1 and glioma.
