After treatment of 28 days, the average tumor volume of eIF4E-shRNA group (542.81 ± 98.13 mm3, 1399.71 ± 110.24 mm3 in DDP and NS, respectively) was significantly smaller than its corresponding blank control (1753.24 ± 115.27 mm3, 2163.41 ± 244.45 mm3 in DDP and NS, respectively) or elevated eIF4E group (2843.25 ± 216.55 mm3, 3398.52 ± 323.22 mm3 in DDP and NS, respectively).
