Following infection there were similar numbers of OVA-specific CD8 T cells, as detected by MHC I tetramers, at the peak of expansion (day 7), following contraction (day 14) and at both early (day 28) and late memory (day 63) time points in both WT and E-FABP-/- mice (Fig 1A and 1B).
