Similar to the inhibitory effects of macrophage depletion, mice in the anti-mouse IL-8 neutralizing antibodies + leptin group had significantly reduced tumor volume (P < 0.05, Figure 7A) and weight (P < 0.01, Figure 7B and 7C), improved survival (P < 0.05, Figure 7D), attenuated pulmonary metastasis (P < 0.01, Figure 7E), and decreased IL-8 and Ki67 expression in the tumor (P < 0.01, Figure 7G) compared with mice in the control anti-IgG + leptin group.
